Problem statement

SKYNN INC, a skincare brand, currently relies heavily on third-party retailers and online marketplaces to sell its products. While this has provided some visibility, it limits the brand’s ability to control customer experience, tell its unique story, and build lasting relationships. Without a centralized digital home, the brand struggles to grow its community, gather customer insights, and scale on its own terms.

Solution

To solve this, I designed a branded e-commerce website that empowers the skincare brand to own its customer journey from discovery to purchase. The digital solution focuses on:

Designing this e-commerce platform for a skincare brand taught me the importance of aligning brand storytelling with user trust and product transparency. I learned how thoughtful UX from skin concern filters, to seamless checkout can turn casual visitors into loyal customers. Most importantly, I saw how data-driven design decisions directly impact both user satisfaction and business growth.
